About us

The Belgian Lawn Tennis League was founded on March 22, 1902. On March 29, 1914, it was renamed the Belgian Lawn Tennis Association.

In 1931 the name was changed to "Royal Belgian Lawn Tennis Bond". On March 3, 1937 she was transformed into V.Z.W.
On October 11, 1979, the designation "Royal Belgian Tennis Association" was awarded.

DAVIS CUP

The Davis Cup is the premier international team competition in men's tennis, organized by the International Tennis Federation (ITF).

The Davis Cup is an international national team tournament for men's singles and doubles tennis. More than 130 countries participate in the tournament every year, which has been held since 1900.

The tournament was first held under the name "International Lawn Tennis Challenge", but after the death of its founder Dwight Davis in 1945, it was named after him.

BILLIE JEAN KING CUP

The Billie Jean King Cup is the premier international team competition in women's tennis organized by the International Tennis Federation (ITF).

The Billie Jean King Cup, the Federation Cup for 1995, and from 2021 the Billie Jean King Cup, is an annual international tennis competition for national teams, for women.

Nearly 100 countries participate in the tournament, which has been held since 1963. The Billie Jean King Cup has a prestigious allure with top tennis players.
